i was able to play the beta only on low with decent framerates, so i doubt you'll be any better with it.my rig:
AMD X2 64 4200+3GB RAM @ 800MhzGeForce 7900 GS 256MB (wich is better than 8600 GT)ofcourse it was only a beta, so they've done optimizing since that, but i don't think there's a miracle happening in performance.
i doubt youd get high with that card and that other thingy together
What is with people and over-rating Crysis!? That card is an 8 series DX10 nVidia GeForce graphics card!! It will easily run Crysis, plus the processor is Dual Core!! sure it says 2.20 ghz but thats a ruff estimation, just like any other sytem requirments for any other game.I'm just trying to say that there are so many topic's with people asking if there computer will run Crysis. They then go on to post in an absolutly insane computer, with top notch or close to top notch specs and there is still one person who says it won't run well or it won't run at all. Crysis may be demanding but for gods sake its not that demanding!!!
Thanks for the help guys and yes i know my specs are good but the reason why i started this is because my brother thought that the 1.8 GHZ Dual Core wasn't susported thus i couldn't play
i have a 7600gt + 3000+ amd athlon 64 + 2gb i played thr the demo on medium settings and at a rez of 1200x768 ... quite playable, fps did get low in firefights but again quite playable. u shld be easily able to play on medium
