Need Crysis HElp Fast

hey, i have downloaded the crysis demo and installed it and everything, but then after i installed it this box came up, and said that i could either install this new microsoft thing, which i did, and then my pc restarted. but then when i got back when i clicked on the crysis icon, it wanted me to install it again, so i did, then after i clicked on the icon again and the same thing happend, so i took that icon and put it in the recycle bin, because i thought it was just the setup icon, so i deleted it, and now i cant get it back, and even whne i go to the file that i got from fileplanet, it says its missing that file. Is there anyway to get it back from the recycle bin. Because that would really really suck if i had to get the whole demo again.Need Crysis HElp Fast

also for me there wasn't a normal way of getting the demo running. No desktop icon, not in windows key stuff...What I had to do is go to the Program Files folder and find the .exe that would work. The one that works has a little icon of the nanosuit guy.
