Oblivion Two Worlds like realism mods...

I need an mod for oblivion...A mod that just says goodbye to the thingy that creatures level as you level...I want the world be as dangerous as in Two Worlds...I mean in Two Worlds as you wandered off the road there attacked about 6 that could easily kill you...A real threat...It made to hope that you wont never meet a black bear before level 50...But I dont have Two Worlds, tested it only at my friends house and I want to have Oblivion with sucha threats...
