halo 2 not playing cos i didnt activate it?

i read that not activating it stop you from playing it, dispite the trial option, i brought it today but the woman forgot to give me a activation code, so i tried the trial option and it wont let me play it, im sure my specs are fine, 128-224mb graphics 1.72GHz intel core 2 duo .2gb ram please tell me that the activation is the problem i realy want to play this on my laptop, o i am useing vista aswell FYI.thankshalo 2 not playing cos i didnt activate it?

You have to pay to play you use your xbox live account on the online feature so unless you have 30$ for a xbox live subscription your out of luck
typical microsoft making you pay to play and old game like halo 2
the shop opens all the games so all the cases are on the selves, but are my specs good enough, it says 2ghz on the back but mines a 1.73ghz but core 2 duo doubles it to 3.46 right?

What kind of shop sells games without keys? That makes no sense. To thosesaying youneed to pay to play at least get your facts straight because you don't have clue what you are talking about.
Ye dude u might want to bring it back asap and tell them u dint get a key otherwise ur screwed.
you might want to upgrade man, that system you got is so old it's a joke. you could spend very little (few hundred) now and get something twice as good second hand if you look around. it will make your gaming so much more fun as well
