can't play crysis on low....

I have a 7600gt, amd athlon xp 3200+ ( i know its ancient), and 1.25 gigs of ram.i get less than 15 fps and less than 10 fps in firefights.i am disappointed.can't play crysis on low....
Dual cores do help XDcan't play crysis on low....
Pisacrap CPU buddy,i'm surprised that Athlon XP's can even run crysis.
Yeah. I'll be in the same boat as you when I play the demo, I'm expecting to beSOL, cause I have a Prescott overclocked to 3.4 GHz, 2 GB of old PC 2100 RAM and a 7600 GT. I'm guessing I probably won't get to 30 FPS. Luckily I know I'll be able to run The Witcher on it. Guess I'll be way late to the party with Crysis, though.
You should be able to play on low. I know alot of people have been having problems with the demo (Including me). The 7600GT is a beast. I used to have one and its still one of my favorite cards.

Well I have a Sempron 3300 1.5 gb ram, geforce 7600gs and on 800x600 on low i get 28-45 fps, on 1024x768 I get 24-40 and can dip onto the low as 15 in some parts. Crysis only uses upto 750 mb in memory so idk I think they need to optimize it big time. On low with crysis, farcry in some areas looks better at max settings!

I put everything on med, execpt shader on low and water on low, and I get a solid 35FPS+ and 25FPS during intense battles. In 1024x768, Pentium D 2.8, 1gb ram and 7600GT.
My PC can play the Demo on the lowest setting. Sadly I have games look better than this one on low.I'm probably going to pick up the game when I get a decent rig far in the future.I don't feel like the game will be worth playing on the lowest setting. The jungles look way to shabby and everything is muddy and horrid. On the high settings though... When I'm not moving, the game looks much more fantastic! Just that I get piss poor fps.
i have an 8800gts, 2gigs of ram, amd 3800+ and before the virus took over, it held up all med settings at a res of 1440 x 900. so... yea.. lol

(P. S. Not only is this thread not in the ''Master'' Crisis thread, it's HARDWARE- related, so it's off-topic for a SOFTWARE- only forum.)
download the latest Nvidia drivers. those should get the game running.
